This years relays gala was won convincingly by CUSWPC. The ladies won all their races, while the men were equally dominant despite failing to secure victory in all their events, a powerful Nottingham outfit sneaking home in first place in the freestyle contest. Euan Spence, this year's mens team captain, hid his disappointment at missing out on the clean sweep and decleared himself satisfied with his team's work: "This year is going to be an important one for the swimming teams: Oxford have their new pool completed and now have the edge over us in terms of training time. However, the fresher intake has been good for both teams and after this great result I'm confident we'll do well."
